Two-time series champion Newgarden drove his No. 2 Astemo Team Penske Chevrolet to his 32nd career NTT INDYCAR SERIES victory — his first since August 2024 at World Wide Technology Raceway — by .5021 of a second over the No. 10 DHL Chip Ganassi Racing Honda of four-time and reigning series champion Alex Palou. Scott McLaughlin finished third in the No. 3 DEX Imaging Team Penske Chevrolet as the winningest team in INDYCAR SERIES history salvaged a tough season by putting two drivers on the podium for just the second time this year.
Louis Foster of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing clinched Rookie of the Year honors in the season-ending race by two points over Robert Shwartzman of PREMA Racing.
